According to reports Inga Marchand, better known as Foxy Brown, refused a plea deal and may face a year in jail on misdemeanor battery charges stemming from an incident that happened in South East Florida when she allegedly threw hair glue and spat on an employee of the beauty supply store after being told she had to leave since the business was closing for the day. The employee called the police who cited the rapper for scuffling with them and resisting arrest.

During the hearing held in Broward County, Florida last Friday, the Ill Na Na turned down the undisclosed offer. She is expected back in court on Sept. 24 to begin trial.
