However, some citizens disapproved of the manner in which the Prime Minister was depicted. On March 8, hosts of morning talk show "The Breakfast Club" was early with their disapproval and seemed to suggest that the drawing was in poor taste. This is the second time that some citizens have voiced disapproval of the treatment issued to the Prime Minister, by cartoonists.

Eric Nathaniel, a police radio operator, found red fluid trickling down a portrait of Jesus in his house two weeks ago which he believed was blood.

"We lit candles and prayed all night and a little later the blood dried but it soon started trickling down from the hands and heart of another portrait in the house," Nathaniel told Reuters in the islands' capital Port Blair on Wednesday.

Officials said red paint used in the portraits could be melting in the extreme humidity, but islanders and priests were coming in boats from remote parts of the Andaman and Nicobar archipelago to pray.

"This is indeed a miracle and shows that Jesus was in pain because of our sins," said John Chrysostom, a priest at the Anglican Church of Port Blair.

One portrait was temporarily moved to the local bishop's house for public viewing after police found it difficult to control swelling crowds.

"The state believes that particular place is the best to provide treatment for the individual," Assistant District Attorney Jim Boughner said.

Hathaway's probation will be served at the same time as a nine-month jail sentence he received in February for violating his extended supervision.

Rowe will answer to burglary and assault charges when he faces the May Pen Resident Magistrate's Court on Thursday.

According to the May Pen police, Rowe was taken into custody on April 10, following a report by a female who was awakened by strange sounds at her home in Milk River and allegedly found the 25-year-old man ejaculating on her legs. She called out to him and he ran away.

A report was made to the police and they went in search of Rowe. He was reportedly found in another woman's yard trying to take her panties off the line. He was subsequently taken into custody. This, according to residents, was not without a struggle, however. One resident, Cherry, who had also been victimised by the '"panty man", told THE STAR, "Dem did haffi run him down di morning, the police and about three other citizens."

According to the CCN Liaison Officer for Clarendon, the police had been getting several complaints about Rowe since last March. He was accused of stealing panties off lines in his community. According to the police, Rowe's habit continued whether the panties were wet or dry. He is also further accused of ejaculating in the panties and then discarding them.

My name is Deniston Mulling aka Sampaloo, born in Kingston Jamaica 22/10/1967.

I came to Canada on a Farm Aid Program for the first time in 1993. The second time was in 1994. The crop was damaged real bad, because of an ice storm. At the end of the crop the owner told me that he was not taking back any more workers. I was about 26.

I thought about it and decided to take the biggest risk of my life. I ran off. I had no family in Canada, just a friend that lived in Montreal. 5 hours driving.

Oh I have to tell you this, the first two weeks on the farm I got one of the saddest news of my life. My mother passed away (died). They buried her, but no one contacted me as they said they did not want me to leave the farm work and come home. Crazy people……….ah. Anyways back to my story.

The hardships I faced while in Canada. I was an illegal immigrant living in Montreal, Quebec which is the French part of Canada. Not speaking French to get a job under-the-table was one of the hardest things. I lived in a black neighborhood where there was black on black crime. I missed home (Jamaica), friends, plus Canada is very cold.

I applied to immigration in 1996 and not until 9-11 they replied. Whenever I called them they said the application is in progress. Anyways I found this nice Jamaican woman, we got married, had two sons with her and now I’m a landed immigrant.

The British Broadcasting Corp. reported that a toxicology test on Woolmer's body shows the presence of a drug that would have incapacitated him.

Mark Shields, thedeputy police commissioner in Jamaica, emphatically said his investigators have not concluded that Woolmer was drugged.

"No results and we have NOT confirmed anything," the former Scotland Yard policeman said in a text message to The Associated Press from his cell phone. "Work is ongoing."

Woolmer, 58, was found unconscious in his room in Jamaica and within an hour declared dead in a hospital on March 18, the day after his squad was upset by Ireland and eliminated from the World Cup. Police said he was strangled.

Shields said toxicology tests were done in Jamaica and sent with British police officers to a government-owned laboratory in their country, The Forensic Science Service, to be "independently verified."

Shields has not yet heard back from the British laboratory. He would not discuss whether the toxicology tests indicated the presence of a drug that could have incapacitated Woolmer.

An employee who answered the phone at the laboratory's headquarters in Birmingham, England, after business hours said nobody was available to comment.

The BBC's Panorama program did not identify the drug or the source of its information, and said toxicology tests were due to be given to Jamaican police next week. In London, Scotland Yard said it has no information and that the investigation and all inquiries are being handled by police in Jamaica.

Shields has said in the past that foreign investigators would examine theories that Woolmer may have been drugged. He said that would have made it easier to strangle a man as large as Woolmer, a former England test batsman.

"A lot of force would be needed to do that," Shields told the BBC. "Bob Woolmer was a large man and that's why one could argue that it was an extremely strong person, or maybe more than one person, but equally the lack of external injuries suggests that there might be some other factors and that's what we're looking into at the moment."

Security video from the Kingston hotel where Woolmer died was sent to a laboratory in Britain for review. Some images of the footage were obtained by the BBC.

One image shown on a BBC Web site showed Woolmer, dressed in a white T-shirt, talking with two people as he headed to an elevator in the Pegasus Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica, hours before he was killed in his room. The BBC identified the two people as fans.

Woolmer's body was returned to his family in South Africa on Sunday.

According to a reliable source, the member fell ill from Monday evening of this week and overdosed on flu medication (and possibly home remedies which may have included a touch of white rum).
