As I sit here gazing out the window,
Instead of working, I’m daydreaming of you...
And wondering if while you’re in your own world,
You’re thinking of me too.
I reminisce about the day we met and how you made me feel,
Looking at the glowing smile on your face,
Staring into your dreamy blue eyes,
Your smell, your touch, your warm embrace
What a special night that was...
And now, I’m starting to feel that warmth inside,
Like nothing or no one else can make me feel...
Butterflies, a constant smile, happy thoughts,
Looking forward to the next time we meet.
What lies ahead, down the road to love?
Can it possibly be what I’ve been hoping for?

Glaring now before me with great anticipation.

the ones behind the scenes

Sometimes we dont see them,sometimes we see them and don't know who they are but these people are the people who helps us from behind the scenes.It's soo funny because for example radio personalities we hear them ,they incourage us but we don't see their faces and sometimes we try to put a face to the voice.Well here on this site we are fortunate to at least see the PEOPLE BEHIND THE SCENES..............I MUST BIG UP A FEW OF THEM IN THIS BLOG

24 THINGS A SISTA SHOULD NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR

1. Never apologize for pursuing what makes you happy. Even if you
need to quit your job, transfer schools, or move across country, always
do what you really want.
2. Never apologize for using proper English. Keeping it real
doesn't mean you have to speak Ebonics.
3. Never apologize for giving your best in a relationship that
just didn't work out.
4. Never apologize for being successful. Only haters want to keep
you at their level.
5. Never apologize for crying. Wear waterproof mascara and express
yourself.
6. Never apologize for ten pounds you need to lose. People who
truly care about you will accept you as you are.
7. Never apologize for being frugal. Just because you save your
money instead of blowing it on the latest fashion emergency doesn't mean
you're cheap.
8. Don't apologize for being a single Mom. Babies are a blessing.
9. Never apologize for treating yourself to something special.
Sometimes you have to show yourself some appreciation.
10. Never apologize for leaving an abusive relationship. Your
safety should always be a priority.
11. Never apologize for keeping the ring even if you did not get
married.
12. Never apologize for setting high standards in a relationship.
You know what you can tolerate and what simply gets on your nerves.

MANAGEMENT LESSONS

To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting
very, very high up.
Lesson One
A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be
able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey,
"but I haven't got the energy."
" Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?"
replied the bull. "They're packed with nutrients."
The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, found it actually
gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of
the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung,
he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night,
he was proudly perched at the top of the tree.
He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey
out of the tree.
Management Lesson?
Bull??? might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.
Lesson Two
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so
cold the bird froze and fell to the ground in a large
field. While it was lying there, a cow came by and
dropped some dung on it. As the frozen bird lay there
in the pile of cow dung, it began to realize how warm
it was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay
there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.
A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.
Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the
pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.
Management Lesson?
1) Not everyone who ???s on you is your enemy.
2) Not everyone who gets you out of ??? is your friend.
3) And when you're in deep ???, it's best to keep your
mouth shut!
This ends your management course for today.

It Is Better To Be Alone, Than In The Wrong Company
Tell me who your best friends are, and I will tell you who you are.
If you run with wolves, you will learn how to howl.
But, if you associate with eagles, you will learn how to soar to great
heights.
A mirror reflects a mans face, but what he is really like is shown by the
kind of friends he chooses.
The simple but true fact of life is that you become like those with whom
you closely associate for the good and the bad.
The less you associate with some people, the more your life will improve
Any time you tolerate mediocrity in others, it increases your mediocrity.
An important attribute in successful people is their impatience with
negative thinking and negative acting people.
As you grow, your associates will change.
Some of your friends will not want you to go on.
They will want you to stay where they are.
Friends that don't help you climb will want you to crawl.
Your friends will stretch your vision or choke your dream.
Those that don't increase you will eventually decrease you.
Consider This:
Never receive counsel from unproductive people.
Never discuss your problems with someone incapable of contributing
to the solution, because those who never succeed themselves are
always first
to tell you how.
Not everyone has a right to speak into your life.
You are certain to get the worst of the bargain when you exchange ideas
with the wrong person.
Don't follow anyone who's not going anywhere.
With some people you spend an evening: with others you invest it.
Be careful where you stop to inquire for directions along the road of
life.
Wise is the person who! fortifies his life with the right friendships.

I Will Rejoice And Be Glad

"Wait on the Lord be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine
heart; wait, I say, on the Lord." Psa.27 v14
This is the Day the Lord has made.........I WILL rejoice and be
glad in it!
God has kept me here for a reason. I survived because He has a
plan for me. All my bad relationships, the consequences, the hard
times, the sad times, the death of my loved ones, the back stabbing
from my friends, the negative thoughts, or the lack of support; I
made it because I am blessed! I release and let go of all past
hurts, misunderstandings and grudges because I am abundantly
blessed! I recognize them as the illusions they are, and sent from
the enemy to kill my spirit, steal my joy, and destroy my faith;
For God is all there is. All else is a lie! Now give yourself a
hug, wipe your tears away and walk in victory!!!!!!!! I love you,
but more appropriately God loves you BEST! Be blessed and know that
you are at one with THE SPIRIT OF THE LIVING GOD! And may the Lord
keep watch between you and me when we are away from each other.
Genesis 31:49. Amen! "The WILL of GOD will never take you where the GRACE of GOD will
