TO THE MANAGEMENT OF JANADIANS

What i really want to know is..if there is a place here where persons can go and write suggestions,ask for help,or ask questions,differently from the space made for Blog or Forum.

The thing is i have a question/suggestion and i would really appreciate it if someone could assist me.

Hoping to hear from someone soon.

Well Hanna there is a technical support section in the fourm for making suggestions and giving help. The reason why we have made it an open section in the forum for suggestions and help, it is a possibility that more users will have the same issues, or may have the same sort of suggestions hence it will be easier to offer assistance to a wider majority and avoid duplication or the need to repeat processes.

So go ahead and leave your suggestions there, as the only way the community will grow is with the feedback of our members and all feedback is of importance.
