MEETING IN HELL

The US,ENGLAND and JAMAICAN prime minister was in hell having a meeting with satan the US minister said i need to make a call home to see if my country is running ok, he makes the call spend 10minutes on the phone, satan said that call will cost you $1500.00 the England min..said i got to make a call and check my country too, he spend 15minutes, satan said that call will cost you $18000.00 the Jamaican min..said i have to call my country too, he spend 1hour satan said that call will cost you $1.00 WHAT?? the other minister asked he spend 1hour and only paying a dolla? satan reply is call was local its not long distance.
